Because now he and Yuki are a Japanese Company called ToKini, LLC (合同会社 ToKini in Japanese).

ToKini Andy has grown a lot over the past few years, thanks to YOU. But it brings some challenges which we're going to need your help with…

All payment providers are requiring us to create new accounts. 

Sadly, unlike mega-corporations, we are unable to transition YOUR payment accounts smoothly. 😭

Here is what that means for you: 

 We are creating NEW subscription offers, which will go live on December 28th, at 1pm Japan Time. 

If you currently subscribe via Credit Card

You CAN continue paying your monthly subscription as is, BUT due to us SEVERING our connection with the old payment processors, after December 28th you will no longer be able to CANCEL on your own, and will need to contact me at [email protected] to cancel your account manually. 

If you currently subscribe via PayPal

You CAN continue paying your monthly subscription as is, FOR NOW. Because the business that PayPal account is tied to no longer exists, I can't promise that PayPal will allow us to continue operating it. At some point in the future you may HAVE to switch over. 

You will still be able to cancel on your own from within PayPal at any time regardless of whether you rejoin on the NEW offer or not.

Sales Tax

Finally, since we are becoming a company, we will need to start paying Sales Tax around the world. I’ve always said that I wanted the sub to remain $10 no matter what happens though, and that will not be changing!

The course will REMAIN $10 per month, and we will be dynamically calculating Sales Tax WITHIN that based on the Sales Tax or VAT where you live. We will then be paying that Tax out of pocket, so that YOU never have to pay more than $10. You MAY see Sales tax appear on your invoices, but don’t worry, the price of membership is NOT going up. 

WHEN to Cancel

If your current subscription is set to renew BEFORE December 28th, wait to cancel until any time AFTER December 28th if you don't want any interruptions in access. If you don't mind the interruption, you can cancel at any time, and rejoin after December 28th. 

If your subscription renews AFTER December 28th, cancel NOW. After your subscription ends, re-join using the same email address via https://www.tokiniandy.com

• Click on your profile in the top right and choose "Account and Settings"
• Choose the "Billing" Tab
•  Locate a product marked as "active subscription". 
• Click on the "..." button on that offer. 
• Choose to Cancel this Subscription.
• WHEN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD ENDS
  • Go to https://www.tokiniandy.com
  • Re-join in the same way you ORIGINALLY joined, using the SAME email address so that all your progress is saved.

If you currently subscribe via PayPal

• Click on your profile in the top right and choose "Account and Settings"
